I ran across this cover to Vogue Magazine a few days ago while I was at the grocery store with my wife. It struck me as a little odd, Lebron James dribbling a basketball with Gisele Bundchen casually in one of his arms. That might’ve been enough, but he looks like he’s screaming at the camera.
Weird.
Other people thought it was odd too, although with more malicious intent, according to them. Go figure. These people in particular point out that Liebowitz does this kinda thing all the time. She borrows themes from older pieces of art and incorporates them into photographs of her own.
