It’s Begun.

Given that the Final Four (NCAA basketball championships, for those of you not in the know) is ending tonight, you’d think I’d have something better to talk about than this again.

It’s been a week and Mr. Haggart’s been hard at work sifting through the entries he received for his promotion. As of this writing, he’s culled 556, which is about 20% — assuming everyone in the pool submitted two images — of the total number of images entered.

The Flickr-ator

Gotta love BoingBoing. They have everything there.

This snazzy application called Compfight searches Flickr for all the photos that fit whatever search terms you choose. On a whim, I searched for “rabbit mask” wondering if I could yield one of my own images.

Sho ’nuff. I know this photographer pretty well…

Portfolio.

I haven’t updated my print portfolio in ages. Moreover, I haven’t had time to think through what a website is going to eventually look like. I’ve also heard the laments of professional photographers that Flickr is the domain of the rank amateurs. I haven’t got a whole lot of time just now to devote to site design and I don’t have money coming out of the you-know-where, so here’s a link to brief slideshow of stuff that lives over at Flickr.
