Better Luck Next Time.

I shot these on film I’d never used before: Ilford XP-2. It’s C-41 process black and white film, which means that it’s processed in the same chemistry as regular color film, which is different from ordinary black and white chemistries.

The problem with using new films generally is that I have no idea where the “sweet spot” for the exposure is. I mean, I can judge using the film’s rating, but there’s often more nuance to it than that. The roll I got back is pretty strong evidence.
